Would you like to make a new reservation via the app?

To make a new reservation via our app, all you need to do is follow these simple steps:

  • Firstly, make sure that your app is up to date by carrying out an app update,  for Apple or Android.
  • Log in with your existing access data and verify yourself again without any problems.
  • Don't forget to enter your date of birth in your profile information and check that your contact details are up to date. Please make sure that your contact details are exactly the same as those on your driving licence.
  • Now you can easily make a new reservation under the "Home" tab with just one click on "Book car".

If your verification fails the first time, we ask you to wait at least 30 minutes and then try again. If your verification is still not possible, please use this form to complete the verification.
