Ensure Your Information is Accurate
- Double-check your details to ensure they match your documents exactly, including all first and last names.
- Provide a working email address so we can reach you.
Prepare Your Documents Correctly
- Photograph both sides of your documents in high quality.
- Ensure good lighting, free from shadows, reflections, or blurriness.
- Make sure all information is clear and fully visible.
Check Technical Requirements
- Update the Enterprise GO app and make sure your smartphone is running the latest software.
- Use a compatible device that meets the technical requirements.
- Verify that your internet connection is stable throughout the process.
Restart the Verification Process
- Open the app, follow the steps, and re-upload your documents.

However, please note that this form is solely for identifying potential technical issues and is not a solution for completing the verification process itself. Please be aware: the form does not replace the verification process but is exclusively for internal troubleshooting.
The verification is legally required and must be completed before renting the vehicle. After successful verification, you can conveniently pay for the rental via the app.
Please note that there is no entitlement to a reservation or verification. If the verification is not successfully completed, the reservation will be automatically canceled by the system 24 hours before the scheduled rental start.
