What do I have to do if my reservation is in the future?

If you have made a reservation via the older version of our app that is still pending, please follow the steps below:

  • Simply update the app by updating the corresponding version for your device (Apple or Android) version.
  • Log in with your existing access data and verify yourself again without any problems.
  • Add your date of birth in the profile settings and check your contact details. Please make sure that your contact details are exactly the same as those on your driving licence.
  • Your reservation is now visible under "Activities" in the "Coming soon" tab. As soon as the selected rental start time is reached, you can start the rental.

If your verification fails the first time, we ask you to wait at least 30 minutes and then try again. If your verification is still not possible, please use this form to complete the verification.
