You don't need to do anything at the moment if you have a current rental.
You can use your rental as usual on your current app version until the end. After you have finished the rental, we ask you to carry out the following steps so that your app is up to date:
- Firstly, make sure that your app is up to date by carrying out an app update for Apple or Android.
- Log in with your existing access data and verify yourself again without any problems.

If your verification fails the first time, we ask you to wait at least 30 minutes and try again. If your verification is still not possible, please use this form to complete the verification.
