Log in on one device ONLY
Please log in to the application using one device.
For security reasons, our digital key requires a singular bluetooth source to function.
Logging in to one account and downloading your digital key to multiple devices will invalidate the digital key on both devices.
If you encounter any difficulties using one device please log out of the device and then proceed to logging in on an alternative device.
If this issue persists, please contact customer support and we will guide you through re-activating your digital key.
