I cannot open the vehicle. What can I do?

  • Please make sure that the vehicle you are standing by is the booked and correct vehicle (licence plate).
  • Stand on the driver's side of the reserved vehicle. If your screen says that the vehicle is connected but it will not open or close, try again by pressing the "Back" button.
  • If another attempt is unsuccessful, close and restart the app and repeat the process.
