Some users using Android with the latest version of the Enterprise GO app , may need to manually allow the 'nearby devices' permission to load the digital key.
This Process should only take a few seconds.
Step 1
Locate the Enterprise GO app icon on your device's homescreen.
Step 2
Long press on the app icon to open the app options and press the information icon.
Step 3
Press Permissions to open the app's permission list.
Step 4
Press on 'Nearby Devices' if it is in the Not allowed list.
Step 5
Press allow to allow nearby devices to connect with your device
Step 6
Make sure that both the Location and Nearby devices are allowed
It is important that you choose : ALWAYS and not select 'When using the app'. This is a temporary fix until we can provide you with the next app update.
