Enterprise GO App not in the Store? Here’s how to fix it!

If you can’t find the Enterprise GO app in the Google Play Store or the App Store, it’s usually due to a regional restriction. But don’t worry – there are simple solutions, which we’ll show you here!

Option 1: Change your app store country to Switzerland

If your account is set to a country where the Enterprise GO app is not available, you can change your app store country:

For Google Play Store (Android):

1. Open the Google Play Store on your device.
2. Tap on your profile picture in the top right and select Settings.
3. Go to General → Account settings & device preferences → Country and profiles.
4. Select Switzerland as the new country and follow the instructions.
5. If you have a payment method linked to a different country, you may need to remove it or add a new payment method from Switzerland.

For Apple App Store (iOS):

1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap on your Apple ID (at the top), then go to Media & Purchases → View Account.
3. Select Country/Region and tap Change Country or Region.
4. Choose Switzerland from the list and follow the instructions.
5. If you have a payment method set up, you may need to remove or adjust it to complete the change.

Once you have changed the country, you can download the Enterprise GO app directly from the store and use it as usual.

Option 2: Create a new account with Swiss settings

If you don’t want to change or remove your existing payment method, you can simply create a new Google or Apple account instead:

For Android (Google Play Store):

1. Create a new Google email address (e.g., via Gmail).
2. Sign in to the Google Play Store with this new address.
3. Select Switzerland as the country during registration.
4. Download the Enterprise GO app from the Play Store.

For iOS (Apple App Store):

1. Create a new Apple ID at appleid.apple.com.
2. Sign in with this new Apple ID on your iPhone or iPad.
3. Select Switzerland as the country during registration.
4. Download the Enterprise GO app from the App Store.

This method is particularly useful if you don’t want to remove your current payment method or if you wish to keep your existing account linked to another region.

Regardless of whether you change your app store country or create a new account – as soon as your account is set to Switzerland, you can easily download and use the Enterprise GO app.
