When will I receive my digital key?

Your digital key is not yet visible in the app?

No worries, we understand how important it is for you to receive your digital key as quickly as possible. You can rest assured that we will deliver your vehicle to your selected Enterprise GO location on time according to your reserved time.

Shortly before the rental begins, we will inform you through the Enterprise GO app about the upcoming rental. There you will also find all the details about the vehicle. Once you start the rental, the digital key will be automatically available in the app to unlock your vehicle.
