As a renter, you are fully responsible for all costs and fees related to traffic and ordinance violations. We will provide your contact information to the appropriate authority.
Please note that a processing fee of up to CHF 60 may be charged for handling traffic violations. The fine itself is not part of this fee. Please pay the fine directly to the authority if contacted. Enterprise does not make any payments.
Please inform the authority if the driver's name differs from the information recorded by us. The processing fee will always be charged to the renter. A separate notification to the actual violator will not be sent.
Please conduct all correspondence regarding fines directly with the authorities.
