However, it is important to know that unlike European countries, there is no legal requirement or obligation in Switzerland to carry a reflective vest or a first aid kit in the car.

For example, in France, an alcohol breathalyzer is required, in Austria, a vignette, in Germany and France, an environmental sticker, and in Greece, a fire extinguisher is legally required.
