When you make a reservation through the EnterpriseGO website before creating an account in the EnterpriseGO app, the reservation will automatically be linked to your email address.
Therefore, it's important that when you are prompted to install the EnterpriseGO app and create an account, you use the same email address that you used for your reservation on the website. Your email address is unique, and only in this way can EnterpriseGO's booking system identify you clearly.
If you have used two different email addresses during this process, you have two options to smoothly use EnterpriseGO:
Option 1: You want to use the email address from the web reservation:
Simply create a new account in the EnterpriseGO app with the email address you used for the website reservation. Afterward, you will find your reservation in the app.
Option 2: You want to use the email address from the EnterpriseGO app account:
In this case, you can simply make a new reservation in the app. Inform us through the Help Center by creating a ticket, and we will cancel the reservation from the website and provide you with a refund.
