To receive a digital key, it is first necessary that you have made a booking with Enterprise GO. Once you start your rental and your rental period begins, the digital key will be available in your Enterprise GO app. This means that you can conveniently control your vehicle using your smartphone without carrying physical keys.
In order for your smartphone to function as a digital key, it is important that your phone has sufficient battery power. Make sure your battery is adequately charged, especially if you are not near the vehicle. Please note that you will need a one-time internet connection to receive the digital key. Once you have established this connection, you can open and lock your vehicle using the Enterprise GO app.
An active and continuous Bluetooth connection is required to maintain the connection between your smartphone and the vehicle. Ensure that your smartphone's Bluetooth function is enabled, and you have a stable connection to the vehicle. This will allow you to access your vehicle smoothly at any time.
Your vehicle will usually be visible in your APP 24 hours before the start of the rental. This way you can find out about the model in advance and make sure it meets your needs. We will do our best to provide you with a suitable vehicle and hope that you will be satisfied with our service.
The digital key remains active as long as you have not completed your rental. Once you have successfully completed your rental, the digital key will be automatically deactivated. Please make sure that you do not leave any personal belongings in the vehicle when ending your rental.
