Why is my chosen vehicle category not available in the Enterprise GO app?

It may happen that while searching for your car, your desired category in our Enterprise GO app is currently unavailable. 

Several reasons may precede this current situation:
Location dependency: Vehicle availability may vary depending on the location. It's possible that the desired category is not available at your preferred location but is available at another location.

Demand and availability: Vehicle availability can heavily depend on demand. During peak times or special events, certain categories may book up faster and accordingly not be displayed in the app.
 
New updates or offers: Our fleet is constantly updated to provide you with the best options, but sometimes there may be shortages. Therefore, it's advisable to regularly check the app to stay informed about new features and offers.
 
Booking in advance: Booking early increases your chances of getting the desired vehicle category. As you now know, if a category is fully booked, it won't be displayed in the app anymore and will only be shown again when available. Therefore, it's recommended to reserve early.
 
If the desired vehicle category is not available and thus cannot be booked, it is neither a permanent condition nor an error in the app. However, this may offer the opportunity to discover a new, completely unexpected category.
