When and where do I see which vehicle I get?

When you book your rental car with EnterpriseGO, you are not booking a specific vehicle model, but a specific vehicle class. This means that we will provide you with the vehicle from the class you booked, but will not determine the exact model until you pick it up.

We make sure that your vehicle is waiting for you at the desired EnterpriseGO location exactly at the time of your reservation. Shortly before the rental begins, we will inform you via the EnterpriseGO app about everything you need to know about the vehicle. Once you start the rental, you will automatically receive the digital key in the app, which allows you to easily unlock the vehicle.
