As soon as you’ve made a reservation, you can easily pay the rental fee through the Enterprise GO app. Simply select your booking, and the payment option will appear.
If you haven’t completed the payment 30 hours before the rental period begins, you’ll receive a reminder email from us.
Please note: To avoid automatic cancellation of your booking, full payment must be received no later than 24 hours before the start of the rental period. Otherwise, the reservation cannot be restored, and you would need to make a new booking.
By the way, you can adjust your booking up to 30 hours before the rental begins, as long as payment hasn’t been made. After payment, changes are only possible through a free cancellation followed by a new booking. Don’t worry, you can do this without any additional costs until 30 hours before the rental period begins.
