If the tank is not filled to 100% when you pick up the vehicle, you have the option to return it with the same fuel level you found it in. This way, you will only pay for the fuel actually consumed. To avoid any misunderstandings, we recommend taking photos of the fuel level before and after the rental.
In the case of renting an electric vehicle, it is typically provided with a charge capacity of 90% to 100%. When returning the vehicle, please ensure that it has at least 80% of energy remaining.
