What is the difference between an Enterprise GO booking and a ''classic'' Enterprise booking?

We are happy to explain in detail what the difference is between the two products Enterprise GO and Enterprise:

Enterprise: As you know it, the ''classic'' booking via the website or via a third-party provider. Here you book a vehicle at a station, such as an airport.

On the day of pick-up, our staff will be waiting at the counter to go through the following points with you:

- Greeting at the counter
- explanation of the booking
- Examine and check documents (driving licence, ID, passport)
- Offer possible packages such as roadside assistance, waivers, etc.)
- Go through the contract with you and the terms and conditions.
- Explain and explain any damage to the vehicle to you.
- Check credit or debit card for payment and deposit.
- Pay at the counter (if not already done)
- Answer any questions, e.g. can I travel abroad with the vehicle?
- Give you the key
- Vehicle check-in and check-out

Enterprise GO: Enterprise GO is the leading autonomous app-based car rental solution in Switzerland. The straightforward and simple registration process allows users to book within minutes and drive straight away. Please be informed that the Enterprise GO App is not available in all countries. If your country is not available, you will not be able to use our app, so please make a traditional booking.
With Enterprise GO the whole process is taken over by you alone, i.e. you book alone and will not find a counter on site where our staff will hand over the key or go through the above-mentioned points with you.
