      What are the cancellation conditions?

      Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 30 hours before the rental begins.

      Our app provides you with a quick and hassle-free way to cancel your booking. If you cancel your reservation up to 30 hours before the rental start time, it is free of charge, and you will receive a full refund of your payment. If you wish to cancel within 30 hours of the rental start time, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
      We want to emphasize that we will do our best to accept changes to your booking if you inform us in advance. We understand that unforeseen events may occur that can change your plans, and we will do our best to accommodate you in such situations.
