We would like to point out that you have up to two hours after the pickup time you reserved at the Enterprise GO station to collect your rented vehicle. If the pickup does not occur within this time, unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee the vehicle handover.
The reason for this? Well, parking spaces at our Enterprise GO stations are limited. The designated time window allows us to efficiently organize our fleet and ensure smooth access to a vehicle for each customer. If you have concerns about possible delays, however, don't worry: please inform us in time by opening a ticket at the help center.
