Technical condition of the rental car
Our rental cars are well maintained and serviced. Here's what to do if a warning light does come on.
Follow these steps:
1.please inform us via email: go@enterprise.ch
2. send us a photo of the indicator light that comes on.
3.provide us with a number so that we can contact you.
Once these steps have been taken, we will find a solution together.
For example, if the oil light comes on and there is not enough oil in the car, drive to the nearest petrol station or garage and send us the receipt afterwards. We will refund the amount.
Important, we need your full address as well as your IBAN and BIC/SWIFT number.
