Markings and signage:
Our P+Rail facilities are marked with red and white numbering to make parking spaces clearly visible. At all locations, you will find clear signage to help you find your way to our parking facilities. This way you can park your vehicle safely and conveniently.
Look out for the tenant parking spaces marked in yellow:
We would like to point out that some of our P+Rail facilities also include tenant parking spaces that are specially marked. Please note that these reserved spaces may not be used by customers. But don't worry, we have also marked these spaces accordingly so you can easily identify them.
HUBs with rented spaces:
Some of our P+Rail facilities have so-called HUBs, where rented parking spaces also exist. Don't panic, here too we've put up clear signage so you can easily identify the spaces we rent. These spaces are not available to our customers.
These parking spaces are only available for pick-ups and drop-offs!
If the P+Rail facility is full or you can't find your vehicle:
There may be times when the P+Rail facility at your desired location is already full or you can't find your parked vehicle right away. Don't worry, we have a solution for that! Just use our handy Help Center feature to let us know exactly where your vehicle is or ask for help. Our team is ready to help you as soon as possible.
