No connection to the car in the underground car park. What can I do?

Are you standing in an underground garage or parking garage without an internet connection and the EnterpriseGO APP won't connect to your vehicle? Don't worry, we have a few simple steps you can follow to connect: 
  • First, try moving to a location where the connection is better. Once you're back online, sign out of the app and then sign back in to synchronize it.
  • Now, here's the crucial part: Put your phone in airplane mode, but make sure Bluetooth remains active. Then, go to the driver's side door of your car with your phone, as this facilitates the Bluetooth connection.
  • Be patient; sometimes it takes up to 15 minutes for the connection to stabilize. Your phone might indicate that it's taking "longer than usual," but that will resolve once you're connected.
  • Stay in airplane mode until you leave the parking garage to avoid interruptions. With these steps, you should be able to overcome the connectivity hurdles in the underground parking garage.
