      My reservation was canceled ?

      If your reservation shows the status "Canceled" without you having initiated it, this is often due to an interruption in the booking process.

      This can happen if:

      • The verification has not occurred or has failed.
      • The payment was not made 24 hours before the rental starts.
      • A payment has failed.
