My booking will not be released
Check in your profile that all your documents and information are fully entered or uploaded. For example: driving licence, ID/passport, selfie, address ...
If this is not the case, upload these documents so that we can check your details, approve your profile and activate your booking. If we cannot approve one of the approval levels, then we are missing information or cannot approve your booking based on your details.
