At Enterprise GO, we understand that your plans may change and you may need a different vehicle than originally reserved. However, currently it is not possible to switch within rental categories.
But don't worry, we offer you an alternative solution. You have the option to cancel your existing reservation and make a new one. This way, you can choose a vehicle from a different category that better suits your current needs.
It's important to note that cancellations will only be refunded if made at least 30 hours before the rental start. If you cancel your reservation within this time frame, unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund.
