Special cleaning

If you rent a vehicle from us, a "normal" cleaning is already included in the rental price, which covers external dirt and light interior soiling.

A charge for special cleaning is usually imposed when the vehicle is returned in a condition that goes beyond normal wear and tear and soiling. This could be, for example, when the vehicle is particularly dirty, has unpleasant odors, or is soiled with animal hair or other substances that are difficult to clean.

You can avoid a charge for special cleaning by returning the vehicle clean and in the same condition you received it. Make sure to clean the vehicle regularly during your rental period and avoid eating and drinking in the car to prevent soiling. If the vehicle is still dirty at the time of return, you should clean it yourself or use a professional cleaning service before returning it.
