When renting a vehicle with Enterprise Minilease, certain questions frequently come up. Two of the most popular are: "What payment methods are accepted?" and "Does the fuel tank need to be full upon return?" Here, we clarify both topics in detail.

Does the Fuel Tank Need to Be Full Upon Return?

Yes, Enterprise Minilease follows a full-to-full fuel policy. This means:

  • Fuel Policy at Pickup and Return: You receive your rental vehicle with a full tank of fuel and are required to return it with a full tank. This way, you only pay for the fuel you actually use, avoiding any additional charges.

  • Electric Vehicles: If you rent an electric vehicle, you will receive it with a charge level between 90% and 100%. Upon return, the charge level should be at least 80%.

Exceptions for Delivery:

If your vehicle is delivered directly to your address, the fuel or charge level may vary. This applies to both combustion and electric vehicles.

What If the Tank Is Not Full?

If the fuel tank is not 100% full when you pick up the vehicle, you can return it with the same fuel level as when you picked it up. To avoid misunderstandings, we recommend taking photos of the fuel gauge before and after your rental period.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Enterprise Minilease makes it easy: You can use both debit and credit cards (VISA, American Express, MasterCard).

These cards can be used for payments as well as the required deposit. This gives you a flexible and convenient payment experience.
