Global recognition for outstanding customer service and mobility solutions

Once again, Enterprise, National and Alamo have been recognised internationally for their outstanding customer service and comprehensive range of mobility solutions that exceed customer expectations.

In the ‘2024 North American Rental Car Satisfaction Study’ published earlier this month, National Car Rental and Enterprise Rent-A-Car took the top two spots. This annual study surveys leisure and business travellers who use rental cars at North American airports and again this year shows the strong customer loyalty and service quality of our brands, which all rank above the industry average.

In addition, Enterprise Rent-A-Car was recognised as the leading provider in the travel industry in the USA. In addition to taking first place in ‘USA Today's 2024 Best Rental Car Company’, Enterprise also received the title of America's Customer Service Champion, confirming its commitment to consistently exceeding customer expectations.

In Europe, Enterprise Mobility was recognised as ‘2024 Travel Partner of the Year’ in the car rental category by Business Travel News Europe. This award recognises the company's industry leadership, strong partnerships and innovation through a particular focus on collaboration, technology and diversity.

Worldwide, all three brands were once again recognised for their customer service in the ‘2024 World's Best Awards’ by Travel + Leisure readers. In the ‘Best Rental Car’ category, National, Enterprise and Alamo secured three of the five top spots. National took first place, followed by Enterprise in third place and Alamo in fourth place. These awards recognise companies and destinations that set the highest standards in the travel industry.

The various awards emphasise the mission to always offer the best and most trustworthy mobility solutions for customers worldwide.
